Important Information:

Holiday Period Engraving: Engraving times may be longer during peak holiday periods like Christmas, New Year, and Easter due to our engraving partners’ closures. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order to discuss estimated delivery times.

Engraving Satisfaction & Refunds: We want you to be happy with your engraved product. If you’re dissatisfied with the estimated engraving timeframe before the item is engraved, we’ll gladly offer a full refund on your order or a refund specifically for the engraving service. However, once an item is engraved, refunds are no longer available.

Character Limits: Engraving is limited to 25 characters (including spaces). We may adjust the date format if necessary to fit within this limit. Please carefully review your engraving message before submitting your order to ensure it complies with the character limit.

Engraving Quality: We partner with a registered, professional engraver. While we strive for excellent results, The Whisky Company is not responsible for the final engraving style, spacing, or overall quality as these are determined by the engraver based on the item and text provided. The engraver may make adjustments to ensure the text fits appropriately.

Engraving Cost: Engraving is charged per item. For example, a gift pack containing six glasses will incur an engraving charge for each glass.

Font & Size: Font and text size will vary depending on the product, character count, and bottle size/type. While examples of engraving styles are available on our website, the final result may differ slightly.

Special Characters: Emojis and non-English characters will be engraved to the best of the engraver’s ability, but optimal results cannot be guaranteed.

Gift Wrapping

Make your gift truly special with our beautiful gift wrapping service! Simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout for eligible items.

We aim to wrap your gifts on the same day, but please allow 1-2 business days for processing, as wrapping times may vary depending on order volume. During peak seasons like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, gift wrapping may require a little extra time.

While we strive to replicate the styles shown on our website, occasionally we may need to use alternative wrapping materials due to the size or shape of your gift. Rest assured, we will always ensure your gift is presented beautifully.
