The Edinburgh Gin Distillery was established in 2010. Distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city it captures this wonderful cities creativity and vibrance.

With Edinburgh Classic Gin at its heart, and taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire raspberries, to make a sweet and delicious gin liqueur with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam. Using botanicals of raspberries, orange peel, mulberries, pine buds, lavender and lemongrass (to name a few).

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Raspberry syrup, sweet and tangy with a slight tart edge.

Palate: Red berries and raspberry syrup, big and bold.

Finish: It’s raspberries from start to finish combined with a sweet syrup mouthfeel.
